WSG AG looks for building and development land, develops a concept for a possible development, buys the land or enters into a partnership with the owner or an investor, deepens the project and works it out until the building application is submitted. The projects can be investment properties with rental apartments for institutional and private investors or condominiums. We pass on the developed projects to our general contractor and start marketing directly.
