  • Seestrasse, Horgen

    Im Zentrum vom Horgen

    Seit 2021 arbeiten wir intensiv an der eigenen Projektentwicklung für 18 Mietwohnungen sowie 1 Gewerbefläche direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof Horgen. Die Grundlage bildete ein Gestaltungsplan aus den 1990-er Jahren. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Horgen wurde das Projekt grundlegend überarbeitet. Der Prozess erforderte viel Geduld und Ausdauer, führte aber letztlich für alle Beteiligten zu einer stimmigen Lösung. Das Ziel der Überarbeitung war, das Bauvorhaben an die heutigen Rahmenbedingungen anzupassen in Bezug auf Baurecht, nachbarliche Abhängigkeiten Erschliessung und Lärmschutz. Der Baustart ist erfolgt und die Fertigstellung ist für Ende 2026 vorgesehen.

  • Ersatzneubau Ebikon

    Ebikon, Sagenhofstrasse 2/4/6

    Gemeinsam mit der Swiss Life AG wird ein Ersatzneubau in Ebikon mit 45 Mietwohnungen realisiert. Das Projekt verfolgt das Ziel, attraktiven und zeitgemässen Wohnraum zu schaffen, der sich harmonisch in das bestehende Umfeld einfügt. Der Baustart ist für Spätsommer 2026 vorgesehen und die Fertigstellung für das erste Quartal 2028 geplant. Begleitet wird das Projekt von Lüscher Bucher Theiler Architekten AG und Fahrni Landschaftsarchitekten GmbH.

  • Arealerneuerung Ebikon

    Ebikon, Sagenhof

    Gemeinsam mit der Swiss Life Asset AG wird eine umfassende Arealerneuerung umgesetzt, bei der 76 Mietwohnungen aus dem Jahr 1981 im bewohnten Zustand saniert und gleichzeitig Ersatzneubauten realisiert werden. Die Wohnungen erhalten modernisierte Küchen und Nasszellen, neue Fenster sowie einen nachhaltigen Heizungsersatz durch den Anschluss an das Fernwärmenetz. Auch der Aussenraum wird ökologisch aufgewertet, wobei aus Abbruchmaterial neue Pergolen, Sitzbänke und Spielgeräte entstehen. Die Sanierung startete im August 2025, erfolgt etappenweise über 24 Stränge und soll bis Ende Mai 2026 abgeschlossen sein, begleitet von Lüscher Bucher Theiler Architekten AG und Fahrni Landschaftsarchitekten GmbH.

  • Living by the stream, Liestal

    From the window factory to new-build apartments

    The project is being built in a district with a wide variety of buildings - from detached houses to larger residential complexes. The special location along Kasinostrasse and close to the bypass placed high demands on the planning. The three striking buildings respond to this with a clever arrangement and form: Each apartment benefits from several orientations and has at least one quiet side - despite its proximity to the road. The result is bright, well-ventilated apartments in an urban location. The apartments range from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms - with three different floor plan types for a variety of living requirements. Construction started in mid-April 2025, with completion expected in spring 2027.

  • Sursee, Chlifeld

    From industrial area to attractive residential and living space

    We have been supporting the development of the “Chlifeld” site in Sursee since 2018 - from the rezoning of the former industrial zone into a residential zone to the development of a comprehensive design plan, which was necessary due to the size of the project. The next phase of the project has now begun with the start of construction work: 73 modern apartments and versatile commercial space on the first floor will be created. A central feature of the project is the open, inviting architecture: the buildings do not completely enclose the site, but form a spacious inner courtyard. This serves as a meeting zone for residents and as an attractive area for commercial use. The result is a lively quarter with a high quality of stay - for the Chlifeld and the entire Sursee region.

  • Feldeggstrasse

    New replacement building at Glattbrugg station

    Alpine Finance has commissioned the construction of a modern replacement building directly next to Glattbrugg railroad station, which will enhance the location in terms of urban development and functionality. The existing office building will be replaced by a new structure characterized by timeless architecture and a striking urban silhouette. A complementary three-storey tower gives the building a striking appearance and strengthens the dialog with the neighbouring high point. Particular attention is paid to the first floor: a surrounding colonnade creates an inviting entrance situation and defines the transition to the public space. Behind it, the so-called “crystal” opens up - a transparent area with space for commercial uses, a café and flexible workstations. This creates a lively lobby with a high quality of stay and a variety of uses. The new building is being constructed to high ecological standards. Durable materials, a flexible space concept and a low-emission construction method will ensure a sustainable and future-proof building. Completion expected in spring 2026.
