We have been supporting the development of the “Chlifeld” site in Sursee since 2018 – from the rezoning of the former industrial zone into a residential zone to the development of a comprehensive design plan, which was necessary due to the size of the project.

The next phase of the project has now begun with the start of construction work: 73 modern apartments and versatile commercial space on the first floor will be created.
A central feature of the project is the open, inviting architecture: the buildings do not completely enclose the site, but form a spacious inner courtyard. This serves as a meeting zone for residents and as an attractive area for commercial use. The result is a lively quarter with a high quality of stay – for the Chlifeld and the entire Sursee region.
